Accessibility statement
Our approach to making this website usable for everyone.
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we support Nova Scotia's goal of becoming an accessible province by 2030.
What we've done
- Text and interface colours meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- All functions work with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators and a skip link.
- The before/after sliders are standard range controls that work with arrow keys.
- Images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Form fields have labels, required fields are marked and errors are announced.
- Animations respect the “reduce motion” setting.
- Pages use clear headings and landmarks, in Canadian English.
Known limitations
- Before/after images are visual by nature; captions describe what changes.
- Some third-party content (fonts, photos, optional analytics) is outside our direct control.
Feedback & alternative formats
If something doesn't work for you, or you need information in another format (large print, phone conversation, plain text), contact us at [email protected] or +1 902-340-8876. We aim to reply within two business days.
