How we approach it
Many homes on the peninsula still have original plaster and lath. We repair what's worth saving, replace what isn't, and finish walls to a level that holds up under raking light before a single coat of paint goes on.

Questions about painting & drywall
Is the price per sq ft of wall or floor?
Our rate is per sq ft of wall surface. For a quick ballpark, a 12 ft × 12 ft bedroom with 8 ft ceilings has about 384 sq ft of wall area.
Can you match old plaster texture?
Usually, yes. We do a test patch first so you can see it before we commit.
