Scope, step by step
Assess
Moisture check, subfloor and venting inspection, and choice of package: Refresh, Full or Premium.
Strip out & prepare
Remove fixtures and finishes, repair framing and subfloor, re-route plumbing where needed.
Waterproof & tile
Sheet or liquid membrane, flood test in wet areas, then tile, grout and seal.
Fixtures & finish
Vanity, toilet, glass, fan vented outdoors, accessories, paint and a final walkthrough.

Questions about bathrooms
How long without a bathroom?
A Refresh is usually a working week. Full and Premium packages run three to six weeks; if it's your only bathroom we plan a temporary toilet hookup where possible.
Can I choose my own tile?
Yes. Each package includes a tile allowance; you can pick anything and pay or save the difference.
