Week 1 - 03
Written proposal
Scope, allowances, exclusions, schedule and a price + HST — in plain language.
Week 2 - 04
Contract & permits
Deposit, selections and any permit application to the municipality.
Weeks 2–6 - 05
Build
One project lead, a posted schedule and a short update every Friday.
As scheduled - 06
Walkthrough & warranty
Deficiency list closed, documents handed over, warranty begins.

What a normal week looks like.
- Crew on site from about 7:30 a.m.; quiet work only after 5:00 p.m.
- Dust walls, floor protection and a broom-swept site every evening

012-year workmanship warranty
If something we built fails because of how we built it, we come back and fix it — at no charge, for two years from substantial completion. Your contract sets out the full terms.
02Manufacturer warranties passed on
Products like flooring, fixtures, membranes and windows carry their makers' warranties; we register them and give you the paperwork.
0330-day and 11-month check-ins
We call after 30 days to catch small things like settling trim, and again before your warranty year ends.
04What isn't covered
Normal wear, damage from misuse or lack of maintenance, and items supplied by the homeowner. Full terms are in your contract.
