How we approach it
Whole-home work is mostly about sequencing: who's in the house when, what's open, what's covered, what's waiting on a delivery. You get a single project lead, a written schedule and a weekly update — not a rotating cast of strangers.
Scope, step by step
Feasibility
Site visit, wish list, budget range and an honest read on what fits; design partners brought in as needed.
Design & permits
Drawings, selections, engineer input where required and permit applications to the municipality.
Build in phases
Structural, mechanical, insulation, drywall and finishes on a published schedule.
Close-out
Deficiency walk, warranty documents and a maintenance binder for the house.

Questions about whole-home
Can we stay in the house?
Sometimes, if we can phase the work around a liveable zone. For full gut renovations most families move out for part of the job.
How do payments work?
A deposit to book, then progress payments tied to milestones in the contract — never ahead of the work.
