Prices & estimates
Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude HST unless stated. Nova Scotia HST is 14%. “From” prices and the online ballpark are guides only; a binding price exists only in a signed written contract following a site visit.
Contracts govern
Scope, allowances, schedule, payment milestones, change orders and warranty for any project are set out in the written contract, which takes priority over anything on this website.
